DDC 64 Fathers Day

 Good Morning Everyone!!!
I would like to be able to eventually be a part of a DT Team, I really enjoy my crafting time with friends, to me it is very relaxing and rewarding!!!
My Card is from Color Coordinations Card Stock, The colored paper I used was from my stash of Designer papers. I used a Stamp from Studio-G for my Father's Day Greeting....
The flowers and buttons were from my yard sale stash I had purchased. The thread used with the buttons is Baker's Twine by Darice, The Digi image, I used I am not sure exactly where I got it from but think it is a freebie from Free Digital Stamps
I truly enjoyed making this for my Husband from our Four-Legged-animal Child.. His Name is Biscuit and he is a Dapple Dachshund. And of course he is not spoiled at all, I know everyone really believe's that....

Here is my creation

CDAD Progessive Challenge Image 3

Hello Everyone...I just finished freebie digi #3
from CDAC-Progressive Challenges called the Woodland Baby.
The designer of the digi is Nana Vic Digitals.
While making this card I used Prisma and Reeves coloring
pencils and blended with OMS.  I then cut the digi out using
fussy cut scissors.  I used Core Card Stock.  I found a piece
of card stock in my stash that I had used my Cuddle bug on.
I decorated my entry with a border and the large butterfly from K&C Company.
The smaller butterflies were by Momenta.
The stems to my flowers are from Mix n Match.  I hope you enjoy
my card as much as I did making it.

CDAC Progressive Challenge

Hello Everyone :) Guess what's going on over at CDAC-Progressive Challenge
We are having a challenge to earn free digi's.  Here is my 2nd image called Over the Rainbow by back to paper. I colored the image with Prisma pencils and blended the colors using OMS.  I used David Tuterra card stock and also using the Domino folder on the Cuddlebug. I also used a Fiskars punch on the corners of the card.  I also used a yellow button from Button Ups, and threaded yellow and purple blended craft thread by Prism.  I pulled the blue bird from my stash and went to E K Success for my ladybugs and daisy. Last but not least I used Scrappy Cat glitter glue to fill in the clouds.  If you noticed all embellishments follows the colors of my rainbow.

50th Birthday for dear friend

Good Morning Everyone!!! Hope this post finds everybody well and enjoying this beautiful weather.... I am new at all this but a good friend of mine has been helping me get going, I really enjoy doing the cards, it's very challenging and rewarding. So for my first try at this I went coloring pages and found several images that I really liked....
A friend of mine is getting ready to turn THE BIG 50 and she seems to think that everyone has forgotten her birthday.. We have decided we are throwing a surprise party for her after her birthday!!! (lol)..
So when i was looking for a image I found this gorgeous Vase of flowers, instead of the typical colors for a 50th Birthday.. The image was colored with prisma colored pencils and blended with OMS.  I used and a-5 size card and found some paper that I thought went really well with it... Added some gems to give it a little bling and took some buttons and used
bakers twine to make my bows..
So here is my very first card for my blog for everyone to see...

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my new blog and seeing what a beginner has
accomplished.  And thanks for all comments I know I will enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy creating cards.
